Virtually all seacoast areas are subject to flooding, especially in the face of the possibility of LANM2. [...] In view of the problems that were detected, the population could be in danger under all the scenarios considered in the assessment. For example, if the LANM2 scenario were to occur, it could generate an evacuation of 327,000 persons and about 200,000 additional inhabitants would be in danger.
