Civil Society Mechanism in Latin America and the Caribbean

In order to deepen the involvement of civil society and other stakeholders, the Civil Society Open and Permanent Dialogue Mechanism in Latin America and the Caribbean was created in February 2022. It was established under the auspices of the United Nations Regional Network on Migration in Latin America and the Caribbean through its Working Group on Civil Society2 (WGCS), in coordination with civil society organizations and other stakeholders in the region.
