Regional Guidelines for the Preliminary Identification and Referral Mechanisms for Migrant Populations in Vulnerable Situations

The Guide, a product of a consultative process, outlines action undertaken by stakeholders in the referral and counter referral assistance route, giving due regard to the vulnerabilities of different migrant groups and aims to be used as tool in the processes of preliminary identification of profiles and referral of migrants and refugees in vulnerable situations within migration processes,  for a more humane migration management.
