Protecting migrant workers from exploitation in the EU: Workers’ perspectives
This report is the second part of FRA’s series on severe forms of labour exploitation and is based on accounts from 237 adult migrant workers who are victims. The analysis looks at unscrupulous practices from employers and identifies significant gaps in legal and administrative measures in terms of labour protection.
