This Report is of the Special Rapporteur, Ms. Gabriela Rodríguez Pizarro, submitted pursuant to Commission on Human Rights resolution 2004/53. The report informs on progress in the areas of investigation identified by the Special Rapporteur, in her first report to the Commission, as priorities for the mandate, namely (a) racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia directed against immigrants; and (b) migrant women and unaccompanied minors.
