The report contains a study on effective access to justice for migrants, and analyses the obstacles faced by migrants in their access to justice, stresses the need for the establishment of “firewall” protections to safeguard this right and provides recommendations to States to ensure effective access to justice for migrants, including those with particular protection needs.
