Baku, Azerbaijan, May 16th, 2023, Hybrid Seminar on "The Global Compact for Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration (GCM)". The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Azerbaijan, in collaboration with the State Migration Service (SMS), organized this seminar for pertinent government agencies at the Regional Training Center on Migration.
