In collaboration with DLA Piper Law Firm, the Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS, Argentina) and the Center for Human Rights and Citizenship of the Immigrant (CDHIC, Brazil), OHCHR has undertaken a study to better understand how international human rights law can be a ground for migrants’ admission and stay in a country and to map national practice.
