Information, counselling and legal assistance (ICLA)
The Norwegian Refugee Council’s ICLA activities involve supporting migrants to exercise their rights by providing legal assistance, dispute resolution, and advocacy. They provide on five thematic areas ranging from housing to employment and also focus specifically on the needs of women and children.
