The purpose of this document is to translate UNICEF’s Agenda for Action to the local level. The recommendations are just an illustration of concrete actions that local actors can take – and are already taking – to advance the rights of every refugee, migrant and IDP child living under their jurisdiction regardless of status, not only on their own but also in partnership with regional and national authorities and stakeholders.
