As field man in my region,I have come to realised that young people are very excited to leave their nation to look for greener pastures elsewhere because of poor rate of employment. They plan to visit other countries without the knowledge of travelling abroad which makes things difficult, some Do not have transport to travel, that is why they trek in the desert,do drug trafficking to earn basic leaving.
I pledge to carry out sensitization in this domain in my region of origin, educate others on gender equality and gender violence, support those who have plans to leave their for greener pastures.I will hold advocacy meetings with stakeholders and political leaders to have a responsive feedback on the above related issues.
I will sensitized the council's authorities to improve on areas of hygiene and sanitation especially portable drinking water, good hospitals, good markets ,security of the people and good transport network. The council has to ensure that gender base violence courses and gender equality should be taught in schools.
