South-Eastern Europe, Eastern Europe and Central Asia (SEEECA) Region on the Move: Migration Data Report Launch event

The Regional Office for the South-Eastern Europe, Eastern Europe and Central Asia (SEEECA) Region of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), is pleased to invite you to attend the launch of the first SEEECA Region on the Move: Migration Data Report, where the Data and Research team at IOM Regional Office SEEECA will present the report, including its methodology and key findings, and provide participants with tangible approaches to leveraging this resource as a key evidence base for designing programs and policies relevant to the SEEECA region and beyond. The event also seeks to update stakeholders on existing migration patterns and key migration trends by offering pertinent insights and information, as well as discussing any data gaps participants may have identified throughout their work in the region.

After opening remarks by IOM Deputy-Director General Ugochi Daniels, IOM Global Data Institute (GDI) Director Koko Warner and IOM Regional Director for the SEEECA Region Manfred Profazi, the subsequent segment of the event will entail a presentation conducted by the Data and Research team at IOM Regional Office for the SEEECA Region, followed by a moderated Questions and Answers session to further explore the Report and acquire insight on the benefits of its use.
