Evaluating the impact of information campaigns in the field of migration: A systematic review of the evidence and practical guidance

This report provides the findings from a systematic literature review, looking at 60 evaluations of information campaigns targeted at migrants, traffickers, and communities. While there has been a widespread uptake in information campaigns, there is a lack of consistent, robust evaluation of their impact. The report points to the absence of a clearly defined campaign objective and/or target group as a common shortcoming.
