Please provide a description of the pledge:
	La Ville de Montréal est reconnue comme métropole d’immigration. Toutefois, elle accuse un retard structurel dans l’intégration professionnelle des nouveaux arrivants. À ce chapitre, Montréal avait encore en 2021 un écart de taux de chômage plus élevé entre nouveaux arrivants et natifs que dans les autres métropoles canadiennes. Pour répondre à ce défi, la Ville de Montréal a lancé en 2019 « Montréal inclusive au travail», une initiative innovante visant à promouvoir l’intégration professionnelle des personnes immigrantes à Montréal, favorisant leur embauche, intégration, rétention et progression en emploi. Déployée en 3 volets (éveiller, engager et outiller), l’initiative a mobilisé 60 PDG du Montréal inc, misé sur la création d’un Cercle montréalais des employeurs, suscité la participation du grand public par une campagne de sensibilisation « Journée portes fermées », formé par le biais d’un balado vu des milliers de fois et développé un parcours de micro-expérimentation avec des cohortes d’entreprises ayant mené à une prise d’engagements concrets, entres autres.
