This is a compilation of the legal framework, concluding observations and recommendations of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, which have been addressed to the 27 EU Member States. The compilation also includes cases related to various types of racial discrimination against migrants, as well as recommendations by the Committee to States thereof.
