Tirana, 30 May 2017: IOM, the UN Migration Agency, and UNHCR, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, in Albania presented today the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants adopted by all 193 member states of the United Nations in September 2016. Both organizations also presented progress done towards the two Global Compacts foreseen by the Declaration: the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM) and the Global Compact on Refugees, respectively.
