Please provide a description of the pledgeEl Gobierno de Montevideo creará un centro de 24 horas para migrantes y refugiados que busquen seguridad dentro de la ciudad. El centro tendrá alojamientos especiales para mujeres solas y sus dependientes, en particular las que corren el riesgo de quedarse sin hogar. A través del centro, los migrantes y refugiados tendrán un mejor acceso a otros servicios sociales (como programas de subsistencia), redes de derivación, alojamiento temporal e información fundamental para su estancia en Montevideo (como el acceso a permisos de trabajo). El Gobierno de Montevideo gestionará el centro en coordinación con las organizaciones públicas, privadas y de la sociedad civil pertinentes para garantizar que se satisfagan las necesidades de los migrantes, haciendo especial hincapié en las necesidades de las mujeres migrantes y sus dependientes.
