I am an Associate professor of Political Science at the International relations institute of Cameroon (IRIC). Former PhD fellow at Sciences Po / CEVIPOF in Paris, France (2007-2010), I defended a PhD thesis entitled "The virtual citizenship and new forms of political participation of Cameroonian Immigrants in France". My teaching and research domains are Public Policies in Africa, Migration and Citizenship in Africa, Migration and Expertise, Social Crises, Migration and Cultures.

Stefan Manser-Egli is a doctoral researcher and teaching assistant in Transnational Studies at the University of Neuchâtel. His PhD thesis enquires into the social imaginaries produced by ‘integration’ and, in particular, the requirement of adopting ‘liberal values’. He has a background in International Relations, Political Philosophy and Gender Studies and is associated with the ‘nccr – on the move’, the National Center of Competence in Research for migration and mobility studies.

Debora Mantovani is associate professor of Sociology at the Department of Political and Social Science of the University of Bologna. Her main research interests include the sociology of migration and education. Her works are primarily focused on children of immigrants and, in particular, the following topics: school integration, educational achievement and attainment, national identity, employment aspirations and expectations, social class inequalities, and the operationalization of the concept of “foreigner”.

I have more than 15 years of work experience in international economics, migration, human capital and labour market. Over these years I have accumulated a wide work experience with a regional focus, not only in the Western Balkan countries, EU and EU-CEE, but also other EU neighbouring regions such as southern and Eastern neighbouring regions.

Researcher on Migration and Religion, with backgrounds in Law, Anthropology, and Religious Studies. Focused on Latin American Diaspora in the Nordics.

Architect (2001), PhD in Urban Planning and Public Policies (2012), since 2008 Giovanna Marconi is researcher at the SSIIM Unesco Chair on the ‘Social and Spatial Inclusion of International Migrants’ based at the University Iuav of Venice. Her main research topics include: urban inclusion of international migrants, the governance of migration in small-medium sized cities, South-to-south international migration and transit migration, . She coordinated and collaborated on a number of international (action)research projects related to these issues and is author of several scientific articles and book chapters on the urban dimension of international migration.
