Introducing a birth registration system for foreign children

TENTATIVE DEADLINE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Currently, Korea lacks a system to register and verify the birth of children of foreign or stateless parents. This registration system will contribute to promoting the stable status and protecting the rights of all children born in the Republic of Korea regardless of their nationality.
