Em situações de relevante interesse nacional, ou por urgentes razões humanitárias, pode ser autorizada a entrada em território nacional de estrangeiros que não reúnam os requisitos legais para o efeito.

Art.20

In situations of relevant national interest, or for urgent humanitarian reasons, the entry into national territory of foreigners who do not meet the legal requirements for this purpose may be authorized.
