экологические мигранты - лица, вынужденные оставить свои жилища из-за экологических катастроф. экологическая миграция - процесс вынужденного передвижения граждан внутри территории своей страны вследствие ухудшения среды проживания и экологических катастроф
-личном участии мигрантов в обустройстве на новом месте проживания при адресной государственной поддержке инициативы и самодеятельности каждого, в первую очередь - переселенцев из зон экологических и стихийного бедствия
Статья 5. Порядок осуществления внутренней миграции и экологической миграции. Порядок осуществления внутренней миграции и экологической миграции определяется Правительством Республики Таджикистан (ЗРТ от 12.01.2010 г., 591).
Виза может быть продлена в случаях представления документов, подтверждающих уважительность причины ее не использования болезнь, стихийное бедствие и др. и сохранения рабочего места, согласно заключенному с работодателем трудовому договору (контракту) уполномоченным государственным органом Республики Таджикистан (ЗРТ от 03.08.2018 г., № 1541).

[Migration is based on the following principles: [...] personal participation of migrants in getting settled on the new place of residence, with addressed support of the government of the initiatives and independent activity of each person, first of all of resettlers from zones of ecological and natural disasters.
Article 5. The procedure for the implementation of internal migration and environmental migration. The procedure for the implementation of internal migration and environmental migration is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
A visa can be extended in cases where documents are submitted confirming the validity of the reason for not using it, illness, natural disaster, etc. and the preservation of the workplace, in accordance with the employment agreement (contract) concluded with the employer by the authorized state body of the Republic of Tajikistan.
