INDIRECT SPECIFIC - Makes provision for the responsibility of the Federal Government of the Republic of Somalia to refrain from, and protect against, arbitrary and forced eviction of occupiers of public and private properties, from homes, encampments and lands, to protect the human right to adequate housing and other related human rights. Adopts a definition of internally displaced persons applicable to disaster induced displacement.
