The Network developed a six-step guide designed to serve governments and stakeholders. This includes actors at all levels and sectors of government, as well as migrants, diasporas, local communities, civil society, academia, the private sector, parliamentarians, trade unions, national human rights institutions and the media. The six-step guide was created with support from the European Union.
