Count Every Child: Universal Birth Registration

Plan's Count Every Child campaign aims to tackle low rates of birth registration in countries around the world. Since 2005 Plan has facilitated the registration of over 40 million people, mostly children. In Dhaka, Bangladesh, Plan helped more than 20,000 children obtain their birth certificates including Shaheeda and Shojun who are featured in this film.
