Cross-Regional Seminar: Fostering and strengthening interlinkages between sustainable development and reintegration programmes

The EU-IOM Knowledge Management Hub (KMH) is pleased to invite you to join the virtual cross-regional seminar on Fostering and strengthening interlinkages between sustainable development and reintegration programmes, which will take place from 1 to 2 December 2021.

The event, organized by the KMH, funded by the European Union, aims to discuss the key interlinkages between reintegration and sustainable development.

Building on the second issue of the KMH’s Sustainable Reintegration Knowledge Paper Series, this seminar will dive deeper into some of the interlinkages between sustainable development and reintegration and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience among practitioners from different regions and sectors.

This seminar will bring together experts, practitioners and policymakers in the field of development, return and reintegration, from national and local governments, European Union institutions, international organizations, CSOs and academia. It will examine how programmes can maximize the mutual positive impact of sustainable development and reintegration, and how they can be designed to pursue reintegration and sustainable development goals.
