Deep Dive “Migration 4.0” on “Digital Communication”

Invitation-only webinar hosted by the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community.

Summary

In this ”deep dive” we will learn more about different aspects of digital communication in the migration space. How can migration stakheholders, be they government migration offices or NGOs, best inform and reach key target audiences online for integration, counselling or research purposes? What are basic factors to consider while doing so? Can AI/ tech-enhanced tools help fine-tune messaging and and tailored information provision, either on social media or in person-to-person settings? And what should we watch as we move toward a more virtually integrated migration policy sphere? The discussion will be started by brief inputs from the OECD and Seefar, reflecting on recent experiences and insights.
