Australia shall, in accordance with its international law obligations, international commitments, domestic processes and capacity, and following a request from Tuvalu, provide assistance to Tuvalu in response to: (a) a major natural disaster; (b) a public health emergency of international concern.

*References to Kosovo shall be understood to be in the context of United Nations Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
