INDIRECT GENERAL - It grants specified business visitors entry to Canada of up to six months duration without a work permit. Business visitors are persons for whom (i) the primary source of income for the work conducted in Canada comes from outside Canada; and (ii) the business they represent is based outside Canada and its profits predominantly accrue outside Canada.
