Emergency Relief Assistance: Disasters of all types have the destructive potentials to disrupt human settlements and the livelihood of people. It can affect food supply, shelter and health facilities. They can also temporarily or permanently lead to displacement of people. QUOTE 0 Relocation and Resettlement: Government shall take the lead in identifying human settlements that are disaster prone and therefore take appropriate steps for the relocation of people from those endangered settlement to safer places.
