Article 81 : l’État intègre, en collaboration avec les collectivités territoriales, le secteur privé et les organisations de la société civile, les populations vulnérables, en particulier les femmes, les jeunes et les déplacés écologiques, les groupes défavorisés dans le plan de réponse aux changements climatiques en soutenant la prise en compte de leurs besoins spécifiques, le renforcement des capacités, leur participation dans la prise de décision et dans l’opérationnalisation du plan de réponse aux changements climatiques. Article 8 The State, in collaboration with local authorities, the private sector and civil society organisations, shall integrate vulnerable populations, in particular women, young people and the ecologically displaced, and disadvantaged groups into the climate change response plan by supporting the consideration of their specific needs, capacity building, and their participation in decision-making and in the operationalisation of the climate change response plan.
