Priority should be given to the adoption of new policy frameworks which enhance the developmental potential of migration and which contribute to the stemming of migration occurring as a result of lack of development and suitable opportunities in Lesotho. These policy frameworks relate to areas such as managing food security, the impact of disasters (i.e., disaster management).
