´´Aucun Etat partie ne peut opérer aucune discrimination fondée sur la race, la couleur, le sexe, la langue, la religion, l'opinion politique ou toute autre opinion, 1'origine nationale ou sociale, la fortune, la naissance ou toute autre situation, sur 1'exercice des droits qui y sont prévus, notamment le droit à la santé´´. TRANSLATION: ´´No State Party shall discriminate on any ground such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status, in the enjoyment of the rights set forth therein, including the right to health´´.
