Article 32. 1. The Angolan State may grant refugee status to group of persons who leave the Country of origin or of usual residence, of common border with the Republic of Angola, as a consequence of serious armed conflict, occupation or foreign domination of his/her national territory or natural disasters, leading to large-scale refugee flows.

Art. 31.1

*References to Kosovo shall be understood to be in the context of United Nations Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
