Le terme «Refugié s'applique egalement à toute personne qui du fait d'une agression, d'une occupation exterieure, d'une domination etrangère ou d'évènement troublant gravement ('ordre public dans une partie ou dans la totalite de son pays d'origine ou du pays dont elle a la nationalité, est obligeé de quitter sa residence habituelle pour chercher refuge dans un autre endroit à I'extérieur de son pays d'origine ou du pays dont elle a la nationalité.

Art. 2

The term Refugee also applies to any person who, as a result of aggression, external occupation, foreign domination or a seriously disturbing event (public order in a part or in the whole of his country of origin or of the country of which he is a national, is obliged to leave his residence usual way to seek refuge in another place outside their country of origin or the country of their nationality.

*References to Kosovo shall be understood to be in the context of United Nations Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
