´´ Objectives of migration registration: 6.3.4. Providing management in cases of natural disaster, emergency situation, martial law and other circumstances of similar nature;´´;

´´19.3. A transit visa shall not be required for the transit passage of foreigners and stateless persons in the following cases: 19.4.1 when a natural disaster, which becomes an obstacle to traffic occurs;´´
