The project has seen the implementation of the first ever-global climate change adaptation project in Vanuatu. This was the relocation of a settlement Lateau on Tegua, an island in Torba province in the Northern part of Vanuatu. This relocation was possible after vulnerability and adaptation assessment, community education and awareness were carried with the participation of the community.
