DIRECT GENERAL - The impact of migration in the environment. INDIRECT GENERAL - Impact of climate change, specially in agriculture, food security and coastal zones. The need to produce evidende and reinforce data collection on migration and the committment to adopt a national policy on safe, orderly and regular migration. The plan aims at the strenght of the resilience of population to the effects of climate change. Environmental matters, climate change and migration are extensively considered in the plan, but these subjects were not explicitly connected.
