Article 25. If a natural disaster is declared under Part 4, the Council through the Minister responsible will inform Cabinet of any action which may be necessary including the making of regulations for - (a) the evacuation of people in their own interests, or in order to facilitate the necessary operations of the police or military personnel; [...]
