INDIRECT GENERAL - No specific reference to human mobility. Provisions on the competences of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to take the necessary measures to help victims, including tourist, which could be extended to other foreigns affected by disasters in the UAE's territory. The Ministry must also prepare plans and assist the evacuation of UAE's citizens affected by disasters in other countries.
