INDIRECT SPECIFIC - Establishes a National Committee for Data Collection and Information Management on IDPs. Its functions and responsibilities include establishing early warning mechanisms, creating tools for collecting, sharing and validating information, centralizing information, analysing movement trends, publishing monthly data on population movements, and submitting reports on IDPs and other communities to the National Coordination Committee for the Protection and Assistance of IDPs.
