Art. 145 - En caso del ingreso masivo, o riesgo inminente de ingreso masivo, al país de personas necesitadas de protección internacional, el Ministro de Gobernación y Policía en consulta con la Comisión y con la asesoría del ACNUR, establecerá las provisiones necesarias para garantizar su protección.

Art. 145 - In case of massive entry, or imminent risk of massive entry, into the country of persons in need of international protection, the Minister of the Interior and Police, in consultation with the Commission and with the advice of the UNHCR, shall establish the necessary provisions to ensure their protection.
