Displacement - temporal removal and distribution of people, animals and material values from a hazardous area to a safe one

Arts. I, VIII

The RA Government defines the order of the displacement of population from the hazardous area. In case of necessity the population can be displaced from the hazardous area on foot, in an arranged column. Regional State management and local authorities carry out the displacement, reception and the distribution of the displaced people.
