Resaltamos la importancia de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible y el Marco de Sendai para la Reducción del Riesgo de Desastres 2015-2030, así como el Acuerdo de París sobre el Marco de la Convención de Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Climático de 2015, enfatizando su importancia para la elaboración de respuestas integrales, dirigidas a encontrar soluciones que sienten las bases para un desarrollo sostenible

We note that the movements of people in the region are of a mixed nature and multi-causal, with particularities and responses in each country, according to its domestic legislation, which include both socioeconomic factors, the consequences of natural disasters and climate change, as well as the violence and insecurity caused by the organized crime.

We highlight the importance of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Framework of Sendai for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030, as well as the Paris Agreement on the Framework of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change of 2015, emphasizing its importance for the development of comprehensive responses, aimed at finding solutions that lay the foundations for sustainable development.
