La autoridad nacional en materia de cambio climático, en coordinación con el Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones vulnerables, en el marco de sus competencias, elabora un plan de acción para prevenir y atender la migración forzosa causada por los efectos del cambio climático, en un plazo máximo de ciento ochenta (180) días hábiles.
