Reasons for the population decrease include war conflicts, migration and declining birth rates. Preliminary results indicate that in 2013 in Republika Srpska 1,326,9913 (35%) persons were enumerated, in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2,371,6034 (63%) and in Brcko District 93,0285 (2%).

Improving energy efficiency of buildings: 2. Completion of unfinished family houses, mostly built by socially vulnerable population (refugees and displaced persons).
