Digitalisation in the Lives of Urban Migrants - Evidence from Bogota

This paper uses original survey data in Bogota, Colombia, to compare the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) between migrants who have lived in Bogota for a longer period and recently arrived Venezuelan migrants. The study identifies duration of time in a new neighbourhood as a factor that leads to a delay in the uptake of ICT tools.
