Principles and guidelines, supported by practical guidance, on the human rights protection of migrants in vulnerable situations

These Principles and Guidelines provide concrete and operational guidance to assist States to design, implement and monitor migration governance measures that respect and protect the human rights of migrants in vulnerable situations. Objective 7(l) of the GCM makes explicit reference to these Principles and Guidelines as a source of normative guidance and good practice to improve national responses that address the needs of migrants in situations of vulnerability.
