Regulating the treatment of detained foreigners by a higher-level law

TENTATIVE DEADLINE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Currently, Korea has a ministerial decree for the treatment of foreigners temporarily protected in immigration detention centers before being deported to their home country. But now we are working to legislate an act to systematically improve the treatment of detained foreigners by resolving grievances, and providing medical support and psychological counseling.
