Recommended Principles and Guidelines on Human Rights at International Borders
The OHCHR’s recommended principles and guidelines provides normative guidance on how to translate the international human rights framework into concrete measures that uphold the rights of migrants at international borders. They are intended to inform the work of States, international agencies and other stakeholders with an interest in human rights-based border governance.
