Roland is a sociologist and migration researcher at the German Center for Integration and Migration Research (DeZIM Institute) in Berlin. His current focus is on estimating and surveying the population of irregular migrants in Germany. Previously he has coordinated and implemented the FIMAS surveys among refugees in Austria. He was also part of the core project team responsible for drafting, designing and implementing the MIGRATION RESEARCH HUB.

Avdullah Hoti is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Prishtina.

Education: Graduated in Management and Informatics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina (1994-1998), Master in Economics (2001-2002) and PhD in Economics (2003-2007) at Staffordshire University, UK. In 2008 he was certified by Staffordshire University for research methods and mentoring of doctoral students.

Academic and research experience: He teaches at the Faculty of Economy of the University of Prishtina since 1998. He teaches several courses in bachelor, master and doctoral studies. He teaches microeconomics and macroeconomics at Dardania College in Prishtina. He lectured at the University of Peja during 2008-2009. During 1999-2004, he worked as part-time researcher at the Riinvest Institute in Prishtina. He was member of the Governing Board of the University of Prishtina during the years 2007-2009. He served as member of several professional and academic councils at home and abroad. He has published six books in English, two of them as a sole author and four as a co-author. He has published 16 scientific articles in international journals related to the labour market, economic development and transition, education, migration and remittances, and other fields. He has participated in many international and local scientific conferences.

Karen Latricia Hough was an ESRC funded researcher who obtained her doctorate in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford. She has published a variety of articles in Oxford University Press, Franco Angeli and Open Democracy. She has worked as a researcher on several EU funded projects and currently works as a researcher at CENTRIC, SHU UK on two Horizon 2020 migration projects MIICT and PERCEPTIONS

Yu (Yvonne) Huang is a PhD candidate in the SAGE Futures Lab in Edith Cowan University. Her research delves into Chinese migrant families in Australia and Canada. She also serves as research administrator for the ECU TRACS Migration Research Network.

Working for 15 years with Migration Policy Group & Migrant Integration Policy Index (MIPEX), Thomas (PhD, Maastricht) is a leading expert on data collection, indicators and policy evaluation on inclusion and equality. His 60+ publications investigate citizenship, political participation, inclusive education, legal migration, social policies and services for vulnerable and discriminated groups. He engages in mixed methods and participatory research, community leadership development and policy dialogue.

Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and researcher at the University Institute for Tourism Research of the University of Alicante (IUIT-UA). My current interests are focused on lifestyle mobilities, tourism social sustainability and accessible tourism.

Vanessa has an MA in Migration Studies from the University of Sussex, an MRes in Sociology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Philosophy & Politics from the University of Durham. She has also worked for the Migration Committee at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Migrants' Rights Network in the UK. Vanessa is also the research director of actREAL, a social enterprise that uses theatre to disseminate research.
